REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds will only be processed in case of fulfillment errors such as a wrongly shipped item or missing item. In such a case , please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 7 days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products designed and produced by us are hand-crafted with utmost love and care and we do not accept returns. Each product undergoes thorough quality check before getting shipped, but in the off chance that the product received by you is damaged or defective in any way, we will be happy to process an exchange. In such a case please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at happydays@carnibelle.com. We will accept returns in an unused condition with the original packing, within 7 days of receiving the email.In case of exchange, the cost of courier will be borne by the customer.
The Carnibelle Co team reserves the right to not accept the returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
