SHIPPING
All orders placed on www.carnibelle.com are shipped within 5-7 business days via reputed courier companies (FedEx / DHL/ Blue Dart / Delhivery etc). Shipment will be delivered within 7- 10 days of the order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In case of International orders, a flat shipping charge of INR 2500 is added for orders upto INR 7500 ; and a flat shipping charge of INR 4500 is added for order value over INR 7500.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout.Most countries charge duties on imported items and they vary depending on the destination country and the products imported.You will need to pay the necessary duties and taxes to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
You will receive an email from us once your order is confirmed. Once your order is shipped , you will receive another email with tracking details.
Please ensure there is someone available to receive your order at the address provided. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to us. There will be additional charges for further attempts. Please note we will be unable to schedule shipments for orders with incomplete delivery address or incorrect contact number.
ORDER CANCELLATION
